Our History:

About 16 Kms from the city of Jaipur, near Benard Railway Station lies the small village of Sarna Dungar, the auspicious place where Param Sant Anand Vibhusit Shree Shree 1008 Mangal Das Ji (Bade Maharaj Ji) meditated.

It was the power which Bade Maharaj Ji possessed, that Dev Kadam Trees, the sign of holiness, appeared in this otherwise remote village, where the water level is below 15000 feet. Dev Kadamb trees are considered very sacred and are found only in areas where waters are plentiful; but emergence of the trees in this barren land is a mystery, forensic reports show that the tree where Bade Maharaj Ji meditated was more than 1000 years old.

Today the entire hill where Saran Dungar is situated, is surrounded by Kadam trees. Interestingly, most of the trees bear strange marks that resemble Lord Rama, Hanuman
and other Gods and Goddesses, which fortifies the sacredness which the trees carry.

Such is the influence of Bade Maharaj Ji that Sarna nibasi Shree Bhuaji Nath cured lakhs of people unsing the blessing of the divine Bade Maharaj Ji.

Shree Sita Ram Das Ji and Shree Balram Das Ji:

Shree Sita Ram Das Ji amd Balram Das Ji, set out for pilgrimage. On there way the two friends travelled various places and gathered knowledge about meditation, yoga, yantra, natural care, herbal medication and other divine activities. The two friends used their knowledge to cure thousands of people wherever they went.

After travelling through various parts of the country, Shree Sita Ram Das Ji and Shri
Balram Das Ji finally reached sarna Dungar. The found a banyan tee under which they started singing Bhajans (Sacred Songs). The piousness with which they were singing Bhajans touched the hearts of the villagers, who took the two friends to Bade Maharaj Ji. Bade Maharaj Ji was quick to recognise the connection with Sainthood which the two Saints possessed, and gave them his blessings, since then, the two friends settled in Kadam Dungri.

Miracle: It is a miracle and devotees say they have witnessed the trees bear strange marks that resemble Lord Rama, Hanuman and other Gods and Goddesses. This has added to the sacredness of the place where the name of Lord Rama is chanted 24 hours without break by more than 300 sadhus turn by turn.

Maharaj ji blesses one and all and people throng to this serene ashram seeking divine blessing to overcome their problems- that includes health and prosperity. They believe that Maharaj ji has a miraculous power. While he does not say so, his followers are full of stories about how they overcame their impediments in life. Maharaj ji teaches them ways to become pure and lead a life full of happiness. His followers have felt a renewed sense of energy.

Wonder cure: He has evolved wonder cure for joint pains, asthma, diabetes and other related ailments after his research and those who have taken the medicines have attested to the wonders these drugs have produced. Along with his friend Shree Balram Das Ji he travelled various places and gathered knowledge about meditation, yoga, yantra, natural care, herbal medication and other divine activities. He can see through the sufferings and takes the sufferings of his devotees on himself.

Seeing suffering all around of various kinds, Maharaj ji ventured into bringing modern medical science within easy reach of common people. He says the villagers are ignorant about many things because of which they are suffering. While he counsels them to lead a pious life devoted to the Almighty, he has also set up a hospital to take care of various ailments such as polio, eye diseases, other surgeries and child birth.
His devotees have formed a Trust to run the affairs or the ashram including the hospital.
